Full time, 2 month temporary position!
M-F 9am-5pm, Hybrid position!
Overview
A well-known non-profit organization is looking for a recruiter for a 2 month temporary position. Position is hybrid, with some days needed onsite at their office in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, screening and interviewing potential employees for security guard positions at various locations.
- Works with a variety of sources both external and internal to find best candidates.
- Works with hiring managers to determine the required skills and experience for the position.
- Works with hiring managers to manage the recruitment life-cycle.
- Prepares and executes job offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or related field and 2 years of experience.
